CANCELLATION POLICY (For Products)
- Cancellation is an option after the payment & before the product received.
- Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us by 4 pm by telephone (+971(0)43957004) the day before the order is due to be collected or delivered. A refund will only be made to the same credit card with which your order was placed.
