Refund policy

At NJD, we take the utmost care to ensure that every product is handcrafted, quality-checked, and delivered in excellent condition. Our goal is to provide a premium gifting experience from preparation to delivery.

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, if your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, you must notify our Customer Support team immediately at the time of delivery or upon receipt of the item.

To submit a claim, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@njddubai.com, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Complaints must be reported at the time of delivery or immediately upon receipt. As our products are fresh, perishable, and temperature-sensitive, NJD is unable to accept or process claims made after this timeframe.

Failure to provide timely notice and supporting evidence may result in the claim being declined.

Upon receiving your complaint, our team will review the matter promptly. If the claim is validated, NJD may, at its sole discretion:

  • Arrange a replacement of the affected item.
  • Issue a partial or full refund; or
  • Provide store credit for future purchases.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed via the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking procedures.

Please note that NJD does not offer refunds or replacements in cases involving:

  • Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.
  • Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery;
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery;
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
