At NJD (Not Just Desserts) Dubai, we are committed to delivering your orders across the United Arab Emirates with the highest standards of care, presentation, and timeliness. Every order is carefully packed to preserve product quality and ensure a premium gifting experience upon arrival.

1. Delivery Coverage

NJD delivers to all Emirates in the UAE, including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Al Ain

Delivery availability, service types, and timelines may vary depending on location, operational capacity, and seasonal demand.

2. Delivery Within Dubai

NJD Express Delivery:

NJD offers 90-Minute Express Delivery within Dubai for orders placed on or before 8:00 PM (UAE time).

  • Orders placed before 8:00 PM are eligible for delivery within about 90 minutes, subject to operational availability.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
  • NJD Express service is subject to product availability, delivery location accessibility, and courier capacity.

While we strive to fulfill the 90-minute timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Same-Day Standard Delivery (Dubai)

  • Same-day delivery within Dubai is available for orders placed on or before 8:00 PM (UAE time).
  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM (UAE time) will be scheduled for delivery on the next available delivery day.

All delivery timeframes are subject to operational capacity and logistical conditions.

4. Midnight Delivery Service (Dubai Only)

  • Midnight deliveries are only available in Dubai from 11:45 PM to 12:15 AM, subject to availability and confirmation of delivery at the time of checkout.
  • Exact time delivery cannot be guaranteed and remains subject to operational and logistical factors.

5. Delivery to Other Emirates

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on the destination Emirate and logistical conditions.
  • Customers may select their preferred delivery date and available time slot during checkout.
  • All inter-emirate deliveries are handled by trusted third-party courier partners to ensure safe, secure, and temperature-controlled transportation where required.

NJD will not be liable for any delays due to third-party courier services beyond our reasonable control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are required to provide:

  • Accurate and complete delivery address
  • Valid contact number of the recipient
  • Correct location pin (if applicable)
  • Any relevant access instructions

NJD will not be liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, redelivery may be attempted and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Delivery Timing & Delays

  • Delivery times may be impacted during public holidays, weekends, Ramadan, Eid, and peak festive seasons.
  • In exceptional circumstances (including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, government restrictions, force majeure, or courier delays), delivery times may be extended.
  • In such cases, our customer service team will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact information provided.

NJD shall not be liable for delays resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to the customer as soon as successful delivery is made to the address provided at the time of checkout.
  • Proof of delivery confirmation shall constitute fulfillment of NJD’s delivery obligation.
